After returning from Apple Hill yesterday, Dave & I decided to make some Greek food. I had bought a couple of large eggplants, some cucumbers, and many tomatoes at the farmers' market on Thursday. I wanted to make some Tzatzikis, lamb gyros, and baba ghanouj for dinner.
It came out rather well!
Today's search for pita bread recipes was a little frustrating, though. I wanted to find a yeastless pita recipe for those times when I didn't want to wait for yeast to rise.
